Rental conditions

Required Documents – passport/driver’s license

Requirements for the Renter:

• Driver’s age: 23 years old
• Driving experience: at least 2 years

Booking – when booking on the website, a 30% advance payment is required, the remainder is paid upon receiving the car either by card or cash.

Deposit – is paid upon receiving the car and refunded upon return and inspection. If a credit card is required to make the deposit, it must be a personal card issued in the name of the main driver.

The price includes all taxes and insurance.

Rates change depending on the season, and the calculator shows current prices based on selected dates.

If the car is returned earlier than the specified period, the money is not refunded.

Cancellation Policy:

• 7 days in advance – free of charge
• Within 7 days, 30% of the total order amount will be charged (the amount paid online through the website is 30% of the total order value)

Rules for changing the date and time of booking:

The date of booking, the time of pick-up and return of the car can be changed upon individual request and agreement with the company's manager.

Rental Terms:

1. Minimum rental period – 24 hours.
2. If you want to extend your rental period during the rental, be sure to notify the manager in advance.
3. The car must be returned with the same amount of fuel in the tank as it had at the time of delivery. If there is less fuel, the renter must pay the difference on-site.
4. If the return of the car is delayed by up to 2 hours, the customer pays 10 € for each hour of delay. In case of delay of more than 2 hours, a fee of daily rent and an additional fine of 30 € will be charged.
5. If the car is so dirty that it complicates inspection upon return, the car will be cleaned at the renter’s expense.
6. If there are any stains or spilled liquids inside the car, the renter will pay for the cleaning – 100 euros.
7. It is only permitted to drive rental cars on public roads.
8. If you plan to travel outside the country, inform the manager in advance to arrange the necessary documents.
9. The contact phone number with the correct country code, provided during booking, must be accessible throughout the rental period and on the eve of receiving the car. Claims related to service quality will not be considered if it was impossible to contact the renter.
10. Fuel, parking, fines, and toll road fees are the renter's responsibility.
11. The company manager reserves the right to refuse service at any time if the driver's age and/or experience do not meet the requirements of the rental terms.
12. To search for available cars, please use our online booking system.
13. Only small pets are allowed in rental cars. They must be in a special container (carrier).
14. Smoking in rental cars is prohibited. If there are any foreign odors inside the car, the renter will pay for the cleaning – 100 euros.
